This Package is for you if:

• You already have a contractor and a floorpan and you are ready to renovate your kitchen or bath.

• Your contractor gave you a list of items you need to select for your renovation and you don't know where to start.

• You need help to pull it all together and want to get that magazine-worthy kitchen or bathroom.

Well, you've come to the right place! This is exactly where to start!

We will guide you in making your selections for your kitchen. Having several award-winning, published kitchens & baths under our belt we feel that we know a thing or two on how to pull together these spaces to make sure you achieve the look you desire.

We will work with you and your contractor to facilitate the selection of the finishes that include:

• Cabinetry

• Counter

• Backsplash

• Lighting

• Flooring

• Hardware

• Paint & Wallpaper

The Process

After our Discovery Phone Call , you may purchase this package.

1. After purchasing this package and signing our Letter of Agreement (which you will receive shortly after your purchase), Karen will reach out to you to schedule your first appointment.

2. Karen will reach out to your contractor and get a list of his or her preferred vendors and the list of the items that need to be selected. We do use our To-The-Trade-Only Vendors for as many elements as possible. This will allow your kitchen to reflect your personal style, and not that of your neighbor!

3. Karen will then begin to source items for your project. As the selections are narrowed down, they will be shared with you during this process, so you can review them and provide feedback to Karen.

4. Once all of the items are chosen we will provide you with a detailed list of only the perfect selections. We will provide this to Both you and your contractort. You will be able to see the products selected, as well as a Mood Board with all of the items together.

At the End of the Process, You Will Have:

1. Personalized Mood Board of the Kitchen Design Plan, including a floor plan & renderings if applicable

2. Material selections, fixtures and finishes specific to your project

3. Samples of finishes

4. And a huge sigh of relief knowing that your project is going to be gorgeous!
